With our 400 ton Beatty punch press in-house, Vicon can simultaneously punch right and left hand channels with CNC repeatable accuracy. Having the capability to punch high strength as rolled 110KSI minimum yield strength materials, Vicon produces complete frame rail and matching liners in thicknesses up to 1/2". Programming is made from existing prints and saved for future use.
